This is my DIY microraptor backpack.

So the Microraptor Pro Universal backpack is the most popular backpack for mini drones. But at 100 bucks, it's a bit too pricey for my wallet. My wife is a fan of the Wish app and I noticed a backpack on it that looked identical to the Microraptor....for $9. So I ordered it. And I had some kaizen foam from another project (easily found on amazon). From what I can tell, the backpack is cut from the template as the Microraptor. I wanted to make hot wire cuter for cutting the foam, but I got lazy and just used a kitchen knife with a long blade. I also used some spray adhesive to combine 2 pieces of foam together because 1 was not thick enough. Measured, cut, trace, cut, test fit, trim, test fit, trim, etc.

Fr. Robert Ballecer, SJ? you mentioned how you liked how I had the same radios as you and Bryan Burnett?. Know how is the reason I got into drones! I loved r/c as a kid, I'm a bit of a geek, & I've always been fascinated by electronics. I started listening to Leo and twit about 6yrs ago. I was interested drones. So when you did the fpv250 build, I followed the parts list and your guidance, which included the Flysky fs-t6. The taranis followed when I felt I needed a more advanced radio. THANKS FOR ALL YOU Do and please keep it up.
