G+_David Peach
I've been curious about this too. Would love to have something that does a quick scan of any USB drive that comes into the office before it gets plugged into a workstation.

G+_Chris Druif (Automated
You can probably run ClamAV (or another antivirus) on it and after completing the scan it can sent you the results. How to set it up I have no idea right now but it is at least a suggestion you can pursue ?
G+_Jim Hofmann
I think you can load Windows 10 IoT(?) on a RPi. Don't know if that flavor come with Defender or maybe you could run some other AV. Just a thought.
G+_Chris Druif (Automated
Jim Hofmann I'd rather run Linux on a virus scanner utility as most viruses are designed to infiltrate Windows.
G+_Jim Hofmann
OK. But I figured you could have a saved image and re-flash the micro SSD and your back in business. I'm not 100% sure, but if AutoRun is disabled you should be able to scan before running anything on the Flash Drive. Unless your concerned the Drive firmware is compromised. But then that's any USB device.I have not heard that is a major concern. But then, I haven't heard they have come up with a solution for that either. :)
