G+_Marcel Williams
Hello all. My son and I are getting into RC vehicles. We are starting by building a mini battlebot. The bot has two wheels. My question is what setting do I need to use on my FlySky i6 on channels 1 and 2 to control turning. I have went into the mixing settings but don’t know if my settings are right. I can only get the wheels to go either both forward or both backward. Any help would be appreciated.
G+_Black Merc
Most two wheel yard mowers are driven like tanks... If your attempting to control it with only one arcade joystick.. Your going to need more smarts(microcontrollers) between the stick and the device. Very rare can a mixing system in a RC controller accomplish this. G+_Marcel Williams
Black Merc thanks for the info. I’ll see what I can find. Maybe an Arduino can handle the conversion.
G+_Black Merc
Quadcopters have the same problem... A complicated power system under the direction of an arcade controller.
