If they're all in use, hiding them them in Play Store will hide them from device manager according to this web page, or you can switch off the functionality from Device Manager on the phone: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/3265955?hl=en I have the opposite problem - my Nexus 7 won't appear in Device Manager at all...
