G+_Dan Phillips
Do you want Android 4.3 on your old Nexus 7 right now? Do this: 1. Plug your device in. Nothing says "ruined weekend" like a loosing power during an update. 2. Backup, backup, backup. Oh and make sure you backup. 3. Did you backup yet? Yes? Good. 4.Go to Settings -> Apps -> All 5. Find Google Services Framework. 6. Tap on Force Stop. 7. Select Clear Data. 8. Head back to the Nexus 4’s Settings, go to About, and check for a System Update. You'll see the data revert to 1969 but that's OK. Now follow along and start the update. Some of you may see an error updating apps in the Play store after the upgrade is complete. No problem. Just Force stop and clear all data from the Play Store app, the Google Services Framework and remove your Google account. Once you reboot, sign back in with your Google account and you're all done. G+_Ryan Skeldon
Dan Phillips I take it the system update didn't just show up for you without having to do the force stop business?
