Looking for a car WIFI device for kids to play minecraft pocket edition together. Internet access not needed. Any suggestions?

If they're playing on iPads you can use the "plug pocketmine" app which allows the creation of a "server" which can be played either over wifi or Bluetooth from one device to the other. Works great.
