G+_Brian Festa
The new quad build is pretty much done. Just need to tidy up the esc wires and mount my rx. Anyone ever try hot gluing escs to the frame before? Hoping the leds will help with orientation. I may add colors to the side of the arms as well hopefully test flying tomorrow. G+_Fr. Robert Ballecer, SJ
ESCs can get hot... REALLY hot... definitely hot enough to melt hot glue. :)
G+_Brian Festa
Fr. Robert Ballecer, SJ well scratch that idea then. Thanks. This bad boy will have almost. 7:1 thrust to wait ratio onn6045s :) it's the culmination of my quad obsession. I will be making a post will the full build. So I wanna make her real purity too hehe
G+_Brian Festa
I'll take a look. They are Afro 20a escs. The most I'll pull is 18-20a on 6045s which I won't be running often. Most times it will be 6030 which are more in the 11-14 range.

G+_Brian Festa
I'll try that then I have the 3m grey outdoor stuff I use it for installs at people's house slot. Didn't even think of that. I will probably end up back at black rubber bands
