Just found out that some android apps (I use vplayer but i'm sure there are a bazillion others) are capable of playing the HLS stream for TWiT.  I think I tried the HTTP stream too, but not 100% sure.

 

That said, it was disappointing in low coverage areas.  I got pretty poor results, I've seen better results from TWiT Live Video.  But in decent coverage, it seems to work fine.

 

Wanted to share the find with you people, since I know i've been looking for a while!
