G+_John Mink
Sorry for a bunch of posts at once,, but I got a bunch of these cable organizers (see pic & link below) a few months ago to help keep cables off the floor cause for some reason, apartments don't seem to like me rewiring the place :p Unfortunately at this point, there's not enough stick'em left on these things to hang for more than a few minutes. Any suggestions on how to get these to stay to the wall/ceiling? Or am I better off going with something else? G+_Arcturus Lancaster
Fresh new 3m foam double sided tape. Clean surfaces well
G+_John Mink
I tried double sided tape, but it didn't hold. Not sure if foam double tape is different.... edit: I consulted Google, it's totally different.
G+_610GARAGE
Ducttape! Just kidding. I have used what Arcturus Lancaster is talking about. It is double sided foam tape. Because its foam, it will conform to surface's minute bumps. But it will probably be a pain in the neck to remove. The stuff I used kind of fell apart into small pieces when I tried to remove it. I would also be worried about it taking of paint if you where to put it on a wall. But it would hold the wire channel quite well.

G+_Eddie Foy
3m command strips! clean with alcohol.
G+_Jason Marsh
+1 for the 3M Command Adhesive strips. They stick very well and are easily removed by pulling on the exposed tab. I've been using them for a few years and I've not seen any fail.
G+_T Burns
Just be warned! The foam double sided tape is a spawn of the devil himself to remove without taking the paint with it! I used the conduit like that to hide cables going to the tv I mounted in the kitchen and ended up with a 5 foot 1/2" wide strip of paint missing when I tried to remove it. GooGone was no help either. G+_John Mink
T Raburn good to know, especially since there's the better part of 100 ft of this stuff >_> Any experience with the foam double sided tape?
G+_T Burns
Unfortunately, no, but what I used came with the foam type tape. If you decide to go with command strips, just remember to leave access to the pull tab or it will do the same thing as the tape.
G+_John Mink
Will do. I might try one of each, since I've got about a fair number of these thingies.

G+_Ben Reese
Are you allowed to use screws in your apartment? That would be the most guaranteed way to support them.
G+_John Mink
Ben Reese? screws are an option, but these aren't designed for screws so I'm afraid they might not handle the added hole well....
G+_Ben Reese
Yeah, if you go that route you'd probably want a flat washer on the screw too.
