A few months ago this community was kind enough to recommend a tool I could install on a USB drive and it would let me 

 

Darned if I can remember what that tool's called.  I'd appreciate either a way to see what posts I've made to a community (or other methods for finding beyond blindly searching) or, you know, the name of that tool >_>
