Wondering if anyone knows anything about warping a video to show on a planetarium dome?

Wondering if anyone knows anything about warping a video to show on a planetarium dome? The setup is a projector that aims at a flat mirror, which in turn reflects it to a spherical mirror that projects it on the dome. Hope that makes sense. If I watch a pre rendered video on my laptop for example it appears to look like a fish eye lens effect, not sure of the actual name of the effect. Working on updating an old 60 person planetarium.

ffmpeg has a 'lenscorrection' filter that you could use to pre-distort your videos for display.
