G+_Troy Luchterhand
Ron should have done more research on Pokemon GO. There's a setting in Pokemon GO called battery saver that does the exact same thing as Ron's App. Selecting battery saver automatically turns off the display when you lower your phone but keeps the game running. As soon as you raise the device to look at the screen again, it turns the display back on.
G+_John Buchmann
Troy Luchterhand good point. But I see value in 2 cases for me personally... Black screen when I just want to listen to YouTube (without paying for YouTube Red), and black screen when I sometimes cast my screen to a tv with Chromecast for long periods of time. G+_John Buchmann
3 useful apps for me this week. I actually often have a need to run multiple timers when I cook and never thought of looking for an app for this! Dimming the screen to black will be great for me in cases other then Pokemon GO (like YouTube audio). Prisma is blowing me away with the filters. That ended up with my vote.
