G+_Chris O'Hare
I want to ask the experts. Bought a new Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo N7505. The problem is that at the micro sim card I have had contacts, now they are't. I want to remember the new number, the machine only gives two options, or device, or Google. Option SIM card is missing. Let's say I saved a new contact on your device and want to move it to the SIM card. I go into the settings and click on Import / Export. There's also the option SIM cards do not watch. I want to ask the advice of a purely hypothetical problem in the device, or simply a micro sim card, which is easiest to change. Thanks in advance Your's sincerely
G+_Joseph Cappellino
Have you tried putting it in a phone, then migrate the contacts to Google or some other contact service?
G+_Oleg Gordin
Yes, what is most interesting that those contacts who have their account at Google, but are on the SIM and all others not. Thus, we can conclude that the device is in order. Failure occurred after maybe abrupt insertion SIM card in the device. Well, that will have to change sim and write old contacts again. Isn't it
