Hi

 

I am not able to get a Let's Encrypt cert on my Synology through the DSM on mine DS1817+.

I can connect to the website on the port 80 and 443 and show the website, both internally and from the internet.

 

But when I try to get a Let's Encrypt cert it says, "Failed to connect to Let's Encrypt. Please make sure your DiskStation and router have port 80 open to Let's Encrypt domain validation from the Internet."

 

Someone know what the issue can be?
