Need some help with the Open Pilot CC3D setup:

This is the wiring setup on the wizard:

however I don't have those coloured cables:

Is it just the case that the first two are ground and + voltage and the other cables are just signal?  Thanks for any help,

Also another question whilst I'm here :( :( :(, I sort of screwed up my power distribution board(I should have double checked, I guess that's what you get for 2 hours of sleep, lack of awareness.... )

Do you think I should get a new power distribution board or just use the other outside holes for the wires which seem intact? What actually causes the total failure of a pcb when you swap the polarities? Do you think that flipping the polarity will have ruined the ESC's and motors(the one attached to the one in which i did incorrectly) because after the fact the ESC which was incorrectly connected was really hot to the touch, it still makes an audiable noise, is there a quick way of testing whether the motors are working through the ESC and my receiver, or do I need to set up the flight controller first before I can test the motors?

Not my brightest hour, a combination of rushing to get it done and being tired, certainty not a recipe for success...
