Nice list... but I'd go with an i7 CPU, even if it means going with a GTX770 for now. But then again...I do a lot of video editing...

i had a look at changing the i5 to i7 and it only went up by £63 (GB) or $124.3 (US), so i am guessing that that isn't a bad change to make
