Nate OG was on a few episodes and I got the vibe that he was going to maybe take over, but he seems to have disappeared.

 

I'd expect KH to last a while longer after Padre leaves and maybe morph into something a bit different. None of the other co-host seem to have quite the same maker spirit that Fr. Robert has. And I think that's OK if it morphs into something else. It's one of the TWiT shows that is really steered by the hosts instead of current events.

Yep, I too fear that kh will change much after his departure.

 

I still have questions as to why crankyhippo had to leave in the first place, now padre.

If I didn't know better(and not that I put any stock in this) I'd say theirs a conspiracy going on to get rid of the hosts that do 'too well'.

cosmic Ray? yes Steve Gibson does security Now that way, but I wouldn't go so far as to say no reason, it may not be up to him at all, after all he is subservient to the church, so it's not completely up to him. But you are right from a technology standpoint it is possible.

Tod Sage I'm sure (rather I should say I presume) he will have time to pursue his "outside" interests. He will be living in the Jesuit enclave after all, not inside Vatican walls. Jesuits specialize in interactions with the physical world, so I wouldn't think there would be any objection to this.

He could even stream standing in front of a green screen and the tricaster could overlay him with whichever co- host is in studio.

Those who are not in the know (not in this Group) would never know the difference.

"Course the give- away would be that Padre would not be able to actually touch or pick up anything on the workbench ... at least not with the current technology. But Padre will find a way around that.
