G+_Joe Kelly Posted December 18, 2014 Share Posted December 18, 2014 Pretty pleased with the service provided by HTC, a couple of months ago I dropped by One M8 and cracked the screen, just a hairline crack across the top of the screen didn't affect functionality, so kept using it....then one day it stopped charging. Phoned up HTC and sent it off to them but they said I would have to pay for the screen repair. I bit the bullet with the temptation of getting it all nice and shiny again, today received an email saying it was being sent back, no mention of charges, just that they have replaced it, I am assuming with a refurbished phone so phoned to verify this and they have confirmed that they have replaced the phone with no additional charges and it is already on its way back, less then 5 days so excellent service.
