G+_Fr. Robert Ballecer, SJ
Robert Taylor I meant "farewell" in the truest sense of the term. As in: "Thank you for listening to "Know How, I'm sorry to see you go, but fare-thee-well." I'm not sure why you've decided to take insult by it, nor am I aware of any other way to respond to your comments. I value our audience... ALL our audience... which means I listen to ALL our audience. You are one of HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS who downloads "Know How" each week, a number that significantly rises each time we cover quadcopters. --- So are you saying that I should stop covering a topic that HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF OTHERS want to see because you and a tiny minority of the audience see quadcopters as "just toys?" Sorry friend, but that's not how TWiT works. We have four-five segments on "Know How" each week. We only allow one to be a quadcopter build. (And remember... we took TWO MONTHS OFF from ANY quadcopter builds) We try to make one segment about feedback from this group... and considering the fact that 80% of the posts in this group are about quadcopters, I think that making feedback less than 50% about their quadcopter questions is actually a pretty mean feat. THAT'S the way it's going to be. That's the way it's always been. The hosts showing off the projects they've been geeking out to (we say that at the top of every episode) and us responding to the questions our community has in this group. -- If you're not ok with that, then... Farewell.
