Hey everyone, so I ordered a list of parts from Ready to Fly quads almost 3 weeks ago. I'm getting a little worried about my order because it just says processing on the website and I sent an email out with no response. I was hoping to see what type of experience other people have had who have ordered from there?

I understand that it is a small business Black Merc, I know that. My problem is the lack of communication. If I am a paying customer I deserve at least an email response saying that they are flooded with orders and are behind. I should not have to hear other people vouching for the company. This isn't being unreasonable or anything if you are going to have a website and sell a product customer service is a must in whatever form. Leaving your customers out to dry is not acceptable. I'm all for ordering from small companies/individuals I was a seller on ebay for a while. I just think it needs to stop being used as an excuse for lack of proper business etiquette.

Fr. Robert Ballecer, SJ It's perfectly okay, I love the show and fully trust your recommendations and insights on this stuff. Part of it is the lack of communication and the other part to be completely honest is a little bit of impatience on my part. I received my controller, batteries, etc from amazon weeks ago. So I just want to get up in the air. I'm sure in normal situations RTFquads is a great place to get gear from. I've just been burned by a couple of purchases from small businesses like this before and would rather be safe than sorry.

Nicholas Mattis I don't disagree... business etiquette and all, but (try his place) we all just put him in the 'funny farm'.

Did he stand a chance against the mighty power of THE TWIT ARMY?

He probably only hoped for a modest income... to help feed his own hobby in the first place. He was not ready or maybe even capable to take on such a grand army such as us.

Hello. Sorry for the delay. We had a sudden collapse of the ceiling in the work area that put us

behind. We have expedited workers to get everything repaired, but it has taken longer than expected. unfortunately during the rapid installed electrical wire got mixed up and fused together causing more delay . We sincerely apologize for the delay, and that you have been caught up in the mix up . We are now continuing to work hard to pick up parts. Again very sorry for unreturned emails the email team could not get to the computer with all of the information so they can respond to the questions answer. We fell about a week or two behind but we have hired more people to get caught up.

 

Sorry for anyone who has gotten a missing, damaged or wrong order. I know It might feel like we have not responded. Please just give us some more time to answers get catched up on all the the emails . again , we are very sorry and will continue to fight and keep on pressing ot your order. The shipping team as got most order to ship in under 24 hours. all ESC order ship in less then 12. We are also keeping the emails teams open until they can not stay anymore. it will only be a matter of time until we answer your mail, and get you back in the air. we will not stop until that happens . please email witespy@hotmail.com again if you feel like too much time has passed. this is not a support thread we watch . We will get you a replacement for the damage or missing items . we do care about everyone . keep flying. We have been here from 2013, and stay here working for everyone for a long as it takes to get everyone there correct parts
