G+_Paulo Parreira
Hi Padre, you say you love Samsung ssd's, happens i bought one 250 Samsung Evo about a year ago and installed in my MBP. Really love it, great speeds but now i found via BlackMagic disk speed that it starts fine but after 3 to 5 cycles of read/write it falls to 25mb/s. This is even slower than the original 5400 2,5" hdd. Why? Is the the device "broken"? Help.
G+_Travis Hershberger
If that's one of the 840 models it's a known bug, update the firmware on the drive and you'll regain that lost performance. Mine got a bath when the basement flooded, very sad geek here.
