This is very tough for me to write, but I have to say I was majorly disappointed in the  Google Store and Google Wallet teams today.  I was excited to see that my new Nexus 6P was charging to my account for shipment this week, but the message I received was that my account needed updating. 

We moved recently so I expected that I might need to update my payment info, but I had already done that a few weeks ago when we moved and I had an issue with my Google Play Music charge not going through.

After a few hours on the phone with several very nice people at Google, they basically said there was nothing they could do for me. I was able to purchase things from the store while they were talking with me using the same form of payment, but they had no way to get my pre-order to go through. The 6p is sold out in the Google Store so I had to order one through Project Fi which will be 5-6 weeks.  

I have had several payment issues with Google lately, but they have been able to take care of all of them. This one really bothers me because I was so excited to come back to Android after being on iOS.
