G+_John D
I agree that people want their tech to be "invisible". With phones in our pockets, and HUD devices worn on our faces, is anyone seriously considering implantable tech, or at least a contact lens with a HUD? G+_Neil Sedlak
Almost certainly, assuming they aren't physically damaging and actually work. I think there are a lot of non-invasive improvements to still be made, however, and that stuff would be a long way off. A true intelligent assistant would be very helpful immediately, as there are already plenty of channels of contact (phone screen, computer screen, nearby displays, headset, etc.). Google Now as well as Inbox are starting down this path by filtering data and deciding when it is the most useful. I expect a lot more of that before we start plugging ourselves in. :)
G+_Ryan McCarty
Agreed. I think there will be a cultural resistance to it for several reasons, but I see us wanting instantaneous access to data and communication. It seems like the way it's going.
