G+_Alan Burbol
Which Phone to Buy? I was interested in the Samsung Note 8. Until I heard about LG's upcoming beast: I recommend the LG V30, coming soon and looking to be same in most ways but better in some. Yeah subjective :-) I like the wider screen format, better audio, better placement of the fingerprint sensor, and less fragile body of the V30. Oh and I never did have a need for the stylus of the Note. Just seemed like wasted space to me. G+_Saifee Akil
I am a lot more interested in the essential right now. Never have been a big fan of the Samsung's & LG
G+_Scott Swain
I'm hearing that the essential's camera is much less capable than the Note 8 and V30.
G+_Saifee Akil
Scott Swain? agreed. Nearly all reviews have been quite critical of the phone especially the camera. Very sad indeed that a great looking hardware is marred by poor camera and customer service. The smart choice would be to wait for pixel devices. Fingers crossed on that. G+_Scott Swain
Saifee Akil With Google's recent firing of the employee who wrote "the memo" and Google's YouTube demonitizing videos they don't politically agree with, I'm not going to buy a Google branded phone. Anyway, I didn't like last year's Pixel, so I'm skeptical that I'll like this one.
