Remote Assist is a good one to turn off but System Restore is used more than you think (by the average person). Windows auto creates restore points almost every day and when programs are installed or updates done. It comes in handy when one of those installs or bad Windows update messes something up. I would bet 80% of people have seen the Windows error that gives them the option to use System Restore to fix a problem. It is also good for tech shops to use if we can narrow problem down to an update or install.

I would like to see an Black Viper like review of other services to turn off though!

* I know the average person may not watch Know How, but I still think SR is useful for everyone and would you want to do a full install of windows over something stupid like a bad install or Windows update?
