Hey all you Know-It-Alls...

I wanted to take some time out of the end of the year, amidst your holiday madness, to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the support you've given to Bryan Burnett  and myself as we brought you "Know How". 2014  has been interesting, challenging, exhilarating... and above all, a great experience because of our wonderful fans.

Think back a year: I had just come on board "Know How", and with me came a new format for the show, something we've been calling "Know How 2.0" in our show rundowns. It was basically a new show, an untested format with multiple topics that would hopefully appeal to more viewers, but first we needed to know if anybody would watch "Know How 2.0".

We were just finding our feet when we lost Iyaz, but wonderfully we gained Cranky Hippo. He brought  a different vibe to the show, one that almost turned it into "Know How 3.0" -- I know that you could have left then and there, and some did, but most of you stuck it out as we found our rhythm and our guiding principle. With your support and more than a little boost in our audience, our mission became clear: to teach, to inform, to marvel, but most of all to show you the things that WE enjoy creating, fixing and building, so you can fill your "Knowledge Hole" with the joy we find in Making.

We think 2015 is going to be a banner year for "Know How".  We've got projects, guests, and crossovers lined up for all topics under the tech sun. PC Upgrades, cosplay, OS Tips, rocketry, 3D printing, modeling, gaming, quadcopters, SCIENCE!, security, networking, hardware hacking, home automation, food tech, and more --- if you keep watching and spreading the word, we'll keep building.

So from the skinny Hippo and the fat Padre, from the unplumbed depths of the "Know Hole", Happy New Year!, and we'll see you in 2015.

It's simple Fr. Robert Ballecer, SJ  , you keep making a great show and we'll keep watching and supporting it. Also, with the depths of the subjects covered, pre-taped segments and everything else we really do notice and appreciate the effort that is put in to each show (the multiple quadcopter segments spring readily to mind, probably because I haven't got a good memory). And that is before we talk about how approachable, enjoyable and funny Know How is to watch.

To all those who make, partake or just watch Know How have a Happy and Successful new year.
