G+_Thomas Schöller
I'm curious to see how Apple reacts to the Wear app. Google is not even allowed to talk about their OS name within the App Store and the app itself.

G+_Marlon Thompson
Richard Harkness Android wear works by communicating with a companion app on your phone, since iOS 8 can only be found on the iphone, ipod touch or ipad its kind of safe to say the app will be on the iphone, i have no idea what you mean when you say the phone works with both Os's. now with your statement regarding Apple never allowing the app on its platform. They allowed the pebble app. The experience is not as robust as on Android but it works. The hurdle is Apple rejects apps that mention a competing platform as they did in 2010 http://gizmodo.com/5464970/apple-takes-the-word-android-out-of-itunes-app-description and that guideline still exists https://developer.apple.com/app-store/review/guidelines/ (guideline 3.1)But if it is in promotional material I have to believe that some discussion has happened between the two companies.
