G+_Robert T
Well I've lost count. I can't remember if this is the 3rd or 4th OTA to make my Nexus 9 unable to boot. Please tell me again about how wonderful a device the Nexus 9 is.
G+_Mark Stronge
I have 2 nexus 9s, no issue. Is your n9 unlocked, unencrypted, rooted?
G+_Jeff Larkin
Nope, it's always been fully stock. Fortunately it's easy to find OTAs to side load now. That's saved it each time the monthly security update has caused mr dead robot. The first time it took a trip back to HTC though. Now it's moved from dead robot to boot loop, so I think that's progress.
G+_Jeff Larkin
Oh, I forgot about the time it rebooted and stopped accepting my pattern to unlock and boot. That was a fun one to get back to working condition! I don't think that one was caused by an OTA, I think it was just one of its random reboots. G+_Mark Stronge
I've had the odd random reboot but the pattern unlock always works.
G+_Curtis Prentice
I went to Android N because of this issue. Recieved one OTA update for N with no issues.
