G+_David Hagy
After viewing the new Samsung and LG devices at MWC last week, I ran as fast as I could to the nearest T-Mobile Store and purchased my new LG V10! Not a popular phone locally because everyone around here are all about Apple and Samsung. The T-Mobile rep said I was her FIRST V10 sale , despite it being available for 3 months. I needed the minimum 64 GB storage along with 4 GB RAM and the 5.7 inch screen. None of the other phones, especially LG G5 had this. I don't like the LG skin at all, so I quickly put Google Now as a free download over it. The speaker is adequate because I play my music at work at very low volume anyway. Any headphones make the sound terrific. All major competing phones have better external speakers, but I am making the most with its large Quad HD screen and storage size. Overall, very satisfied with this phone!
G+_Tyler Ahlfeldt
Why not grab the Nexus 6P if you do not like LG's skinning?
G+_Mr_ Fabulous
Tyler Ahlfeldt I like 6P too. But didn't want to pay full price up front, when I get monthly installments at T-Mobile.
G+_Tory Harmon
Tyler Ahlfeldt For starters the Camera is leagues ahead of the 6p, plus the LG UI is easy to tame with Xposed.
G+_Corey Leighton
Leagues?? If it's better, it's only marginally so in certain situations... And not as good in others. Stop with with hyperbole.
G+_Tory Harmon
Corey Leighton Perhaps I got too excited, but my roommate has the 6p and in low light, clubs, sunsets, my phone always takes the better photos. Literally always. OIS is crucial and an oversight on Google for not including it. Under normal conditions, the 6p performs, except video.. Again, 1080p at 60fps (or 4k if you're into that) with no jittering is always going to look better. I've put cm13 and aosp roms on it too, which kills the OIS and laser auto focus, and it basically turns it into the 6p camera quality.

G+_Corey Leighton
Tory Harmon just came back from a vacation... Took several hundred photos each with both a 6P and G4 and the 6P'shots were better detailed with less noise, and the difference became quite striking in lower light. The shots I've seen of the V10 and G5 both show the muddy, processed clarity at the pixel level... Which makes sense since they all have the same sensor. In a phone screen, they look fine, on a computer screen, especially when you crop them a bit too put in a printed album, the difference is obvious. LG made a huge mistake by standing still on the G5 main camera.
