Should be easy enough to make one.  Ciggy adapter, a bit of wire.  just remember to fuse it.

Most people just use the alligator clips to attach the charger to their car battery. ?

I usually get mine (and other oddball nick nacks) at hamfests.  They are like eletronoic + flea markets.  I suggest them to everyone, not just HAMs.  I rarely buy HAM stuff at them anymore.
