G+_T Burns Posted November 10, 2015 Share Posted November 10, 2015 I'm about to build my replacement 250 Quad. I want to incorporate 10 degree motor mounts but I've seen different configurations. I believe I remember Fr. Robert Ballecer, SJ recommending to mount them so all the motors tilt toward the center but I've seen others configure it so all the motors tilt forward. G+_T Burns Posted November 10, 2015 Author Share Posted November 10, 2015 While they don't use it, I'm not necessarily looking to make the quad faster but more stable in forward flight, which is why the idea of having all 4 angled toward the center makes sense to me.
