G+_T Burns
I'm catching up on episodes and just finished ep 167 and had a thought about wifi in the RC Park. I've seen FPV pilots using some kind of tracking directional antenna that follows the quad as it flies around. I'd love to know what they use for that because I want to KNOW HOW to build one for myself for multiple purposes. I want to make my own that I can use like a SOLOSHOT at my church so my wandering preacher is always in the frame. It could also be used to keep two cantennas pointed at each other in the above scenario from ep 167. So, does anyone have some KNOW HOW of a DIY for this? G+_Black Merc
As for video.. an ir beacon is employed to keep the camera on the subject. Shortrange/visual. Antennas however, often uses signal strength to determine alignment for in most cases the receiver is too far to see.
