I'm perplexed with RTF Quads new Flip32 F3 OSD. I've gotten some helpful responses so far and I'm thankful to those who responded. Bottom line, I'm not getting video out of the FC OSD output.

Let me explain my setup. I've got a ZMR250 frame with a ZMR PDB from fpvmodel.com, a RunCam PZ0420M camera, an ImmersionRC 5.8Ghz 600mw VTX (yes I have a ham license) and a RTFQuads Flip32+ F3 OSD FC. I'm able to get video from the Cam to the VTX without OSD with the connections on the PDB. I'm struggling with running the video through the FC. I'm attaching a diagram to illustrate how I've wired it. I've double checked connections and the vid signal is getting to the FC but nothing is coming out. Again, I can bypass the FC but I'd like to get the OSD working. (Please note that I purposefully left out the RC Receiver and motor wiring as I'm only focused on the FPV).

I've flashed the FC OSD with MWOSD R1.6 and configured it with the MWOSD GUI (including uploading fonts). The problem is not that the OSD isn't showing, its that I'm getting no video at all. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks to Wayne Hobbins for the helpful links earlier and big thanks to FPV Oscar at Oscarliang.com for the helpful build blog.

(Sorry for the long post, if you got this far, congratulations!)

Sorry it's taken me so long to respond. I didn't include all the wiring I've done on the board just to keep it related to FPV. I have the V2 of the PDB. As the video you referenced showed, I have jumpered from the PDB's 5V pad by the buzzer to the BEC to power the board and I do have a GND wire as well. I'm wondering if there is something on the FC that I have missed that needs a connection in order for the OSD to function. I've noticed on several websites that the pins on the side of the PDB labeled OSD RX/TX has two wires going to the UART on a typical Naze32 board. Is this necessary? Is that what's missing from my setup? If so, which UART do I connect to on the Flip32+F3OSD? It has 3.

I was never able to get it working so that may be my next option. Right now I'm waiting for a replacement FS-R6B radio receiver since mine decided to quit during the build. I'm also going to try to contact Paul to see if I might have a faulty board.
