Another trick is to replace the controller board on the drive... but you have to an identical board from another drive to do it... all above comments I agree, too late or mega $$$.

+1 for Spinrite and/or freezer.  You only need to keep the drive alive long enough to get the data off.  Then get rid of it, don't be tempted to keep using it for any production data.
