Does anyone know how to format a 320 GB HDD with Win7 to have a 10 GB recovery partition?

You can make the partition easily enough in Windows, but to actually build a recovery installation is more work. You can look into Nlite which let's you build customised Windows installations to include driver installations and programs etc but it's a lot of work!
