Here's another question I have: DOes anyone know how to make chrome autozoom/autofit webpages in conjunction to when you resize to window. Using Chrome in Windows 8 mode. Most google sites work.

That's typically a feature of the website. Usually advertised as "Responsive Design". I've seen some pages completely change their layouts by adjusting the width of the browser.
