G+_Alfredo Suarez
Wow Florence Ion, in AAA episode 291 you imply that there is no competition between iOS and Android hardware outside of the US because of the price difference and because "the US is a first world country". You clearly have no understanding of what a a developing nation or an undeveloped nation is (as it can easily be argued that the majority of the US is living in what you would regard as a 3rd world country). Also if you visit other "first world countries" you would realise very quickly how far behind America is in general (especially after your population voted in your current President). There is plenty of competition. In fact most desirable Android phones cost far more or are on part with the cost of iPhones through most of Asia and Australia. I can't speak about the prices in Europe and Africa. Samsung, LG, HTC and other high end flagships are sold for the same price (or more) in some cases than iPhones. There are a mix of phones everywhere but Android generally wins because people get to choose their handset and still have an OS which is consistent and is more robust than the competition. Apple's advertisement strategy doesn't work as well in other nations because often you can't just lie about your product. Also maybe there are fare more stupid people in the US than you expect (as revealed in your election). Off handed comments with no evidence are particularly damning of your knowledge and any expectation that your future comments hold any weight.
