G+_Joseph Cappellino
Seeing my friend's Nexus 5 like this... Almost cringe-worthy.
G+_Steve
True, true. Very sad :-(
G+_David Pick
Did your friend replace it? Or did they opt to fix it with tools from www.ifixit.com?
G+_JT Manuel
What happend?! OMG!
G+_Jack Zhang
Unfortunately, my friend's one of those "I'll live with it" people. Hard to convince the guy to fix it. Apparently it was a bad fall when he was off-balance, and the phone was in his pocket and it broke the fall.
G+_David Pick
Jack Zhang Yea, I've worked with one of those people. Never understood why someone does not buy a body glove immediately when they buy the phone. I know I'll drop it and I know the screen will break easily. G+_Steve Huffer
It'll be fine.
G+_David Pick
Steve Huffer Its not even the broken screen that makes one self cringe. I'd actually worry about cutting one's finger on the broken glass/plastic trying to still use it.

G+_Steve Huffer
You could get a MicroSD in there now.
G+_Chad Johnson
You know... Shannon's Nexus 5 looks like this, mine has a crack down the front... I have seen a lot of Nexus 5s with screwed up screens. I think gorilla glass 3 is crap.
G+_Steve
The secret is putting a case on everything. My nexus 5 and galaxy S4 look positively naked without one. ( Also there maybe a conspiracy to make phones flimsy to sell cases?) ?
G+_Steve
It's taken a piece out of the table top too!
G+_Jack Zhang
Chad Johnson My Nexus 4 has never left a case and screen protector. Thought I nicked the screen a while back, but it was just the screen protector. I agree, I don't trust the unbreakability of gorilla glass. G+_Lauren Glenn
I know people who go without putting a case on their phone.... the only phone I didn't put a case on was my $60 Nokia 520. You spend $200+ on a phone and you can't buy a $12 cheap case on Amazon?
