Gina Trapani that "Cast screen" button only seems to show up in the system tray when you're in a app that has Chromecast ability it's like a double up button for the cast icon in the actual app itself. If you play something locally in a cast enabled app clicking it should then let you select a Chromecast. Seems like redundant double up ?

Yes. The user interphase is going to be 'beta' for a while. G00gle's A.I. will be gathering user use data & submitting recommendations as the NOW project progresses. ChromeCast will eventually be a multipurpose A.I. empowered home & work GATEWAY. The singularity is oh so close!
