Fr. Robert Ballecer, SJ On Thursday's show, you sad that you could take power from both 5V pin and VIN pin.

 

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't VIN connect to the voltage regulator's input. Therefore, VIN's voltage is not clean or regulated?

Absolutely correct. -- It's like pushing power into a RasPi through the GPIO. You don't get the advantage of the on-board power regulator.
