I am having some problems and it is taking longer than I had thought (its 12:38 AM). I have to bake the powder at a specific temperature and monitor it so that it doesn't go out of range. I have a wireless bbq monitor but it won't reach the house. So I quickly grabbed an old phone that I had on a charger and installed an app (IP Webcam).
