G+_Bernard Bout
This is on the back of my Vernier Calipers. Can someone tell me what these numbers are?
G+_Eddie Foy
Tap/drill sizes. And I'll venture a guess its not a vernier but a Dial/Digital caliper Also not sure why state metric tap sizes: just subtract the pitch from the proper diameter. SAE, is witch craft with no formula. G+_Bernard Bout
Right. Digital. I guessed as much it was some such thing. Wondering if it was some sorta standard size for nuts/bolts and if so what.

G+_Eddie Foy
A 1/4-20 is not SAE? lol
G+_Jason Marsh
This reminds me of a semantics problem with our nut-n-bolt bin troll. Sure, head size != thread size, but when you know exactly what I'm asking for, why play games with those you're there to assist? I told him if he didn't give me what I needed to fix the equipment I'd enter his cage and give him the beatdown he knew he deserved. He tried to file a grievance through the union, and they told him to quit causing trouble and do his damn job. He retired later that year. Still don't know why I have a Reed & Prince driver mixed in with my set...
