G+_Brandon Cook
LED Strips So good news/bad news. Bad news is, the drywall ceiling in or spare bedroom fell down. Good news is, no one uses that room so we weren't in it, and our landlord is paying to have it redone. New vaulted ceiling! They've also allowed the contractor to put some plug outlets (safety first) up on the ledge so I can do some led strip accent lighting! I'm totally new to this so I was wanting to get your advice on that to get. Color changing really doesn't matter to me. I really only care about having the option for a natural color (not bright white), having them bright, butdimmable via the wall dimmer. Suggestions?? G+_Ben Reese
Are they running wire to a dimmer switch? If not, you'll probably need to do something wireless. Also, your video didn't come through for me for some reason.
G+_Brandon Cook
We're going to do wall outlets controlled by a dimmer switch. Like grandmas old lamp plugs. I heard that some LEDs don't like to dim so I wanted to make sure I got the right thing. For some reason Google thinks my photo is a video, hence the error. I'll see if I can fix it.
