I don't think so. Not for a while anyway. Initially Windows 10 on ARM is going to be largely dependant on emulation and is expected to yield performance similar to Atom chips only with much better energy efficiency. For that reason I predict this to be primarily used for mobile devices. Anyone who needs to do real work is going you need more horsepower.

 

Enterprise desktops are going to remain Intel for the foreseeable future. But then you already said that.
