G+_Jim Jackson (J3xtr)
Leo complains about Windows snapping being limited to left or right. Yet OSX is the only OS not to have a snapping feature, and it makes it unusable for work. So, yeah.
G+_Aldo Merino
Unusable? That's strikes me as hyperbole. It makes it marginally les convenient in some circumstances, but Windows has the same issue as it will, depending on your screen size/resolution, snap windows to a rather unworkable size. At best, window snapping is a slight convenience, not unlike Exposé on OS X (which is a bit more useful in my book).
G+_One Cool Monkey
"Unusable for work"? That's absolute hyperbole. And rubbish. I've had a Mac work machine for a decade now.
G+_Fr. Robert Ballecer, SJ
I use the snap feature all the time in Windows and I sometimes find myself trying to snap windows in OSX, but I wouldn't say it makes the later unusable for work. :)
G+_Scott Tooley (Scottie)
Snap is so useful, and I'm really looking forward to how it is expanded in 8.1. I could see many instances in which I would have 3 apps in a 25%-25%-50% setup. Better yet, 25%-50%-25%.
