G+_Eddie Foy
Not normally my MO, but I kinda like the fun goofy-ness of this.
G+_Travis Hershberger
Totally random question, not at all related to the bloodshot eyes and intimidating green brow plasters on that fpv headset. Do any of that type of headset work with glasses?
G+_Michael Heinz
My understanding is that you have to buy appropriate lenses for the glasses: http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__16511__Fatshark_FPV_MyOptic_Lens_Set_For_Eyeglass_wearers_.html?gclid=CjwKEAjwvbGqBRCs3eH4o5C74CYSJAB3TODsWZ_BTNyGF2Xz2muak0fAoTAPXQUyqV229qi5Zyc3HhoC05bw_wcB
G+_Eddie Foy
Yeah, they have a couple of default snap in lenses. Having worked in the optometry biz for a quick spell, I'd see I could get RX ones ground (getting, OC and cyl right kinda matter). Would be pretty small, most blockings are about that size. G+_Travis Hershberger
I kinda thought that would be the case, thanks Michael Heinz and Eddie Foy. For the time being I think I'll stick to mounting an LCD on a controller when I get around to FPV.
G+_Michael Heinz
That seems to be why the alternative to FatShark style goggles is the Quanum-style of strapping a box to the front of your face - the box leaves room for your glasses.
