G+_Eddie Foy
Anyone in the States have a board house they like? Prefer to just send EagleCAD files, and let them create the Gerbers. Prototypes and small runs < 1000
G+_Jeff Gros
We've used PCB Express (Sunstone) almost exclusively for over 10 years and have only had like one bad board in all that time. I believe they recently stared to allow submission of CAD files instead of just gerbers so you should be ok. The turn time will depend on price of course. For the smaller houses it will depend where you are located. When we need something made overnight we use Cartel Electronics (we're local to socal). It will cost you an arm and a leg though... G+_Eddie Foy
Cool. thanks. PCB Express has been on my radar. Turn around isn't that much an issue. If I need it now, I'll just proto it in house. (though SMT is a bit tougher via the kitchen table method)
