I am not a Penny Arcade reader (as I assume some of you are), but when I Googled "Surface Pro 3", the fifth result to show up was an article written by Gabe describing his experience with the Surface Pro 3 team and what I would consider the first class service he received from the Microsoft Team regarding his feedback on the device.

I think this is entirely the right direction for Microsoft to be headed: rapt attention to user feedback. I have been on the fence about buying a Surface Pro 3 since its announcement largely due to usability concerns and the price tag. Microsoft has essentially blown away any concerns I had about their lack of attention to user experience with their treatment of Gabe.

I am glad to see Microsoft turning the corner from the "design by fiat" attitude they had adopted earlier, and can't wait to see what come up with next
