G+_David Pick
I could try tweeting Paul, but I'd ask as a Surface RT owner and after playing around with Windows 10 Technical Preview. Why would a Surface RT owner want Windows 10 on their tablet, or any Windows tablet for that matter? As much as Metro in Windows 8.1 is hated by traditional Windows 7 users on the desktop, I see a disadvantage instead of an advantage with the default desktop in 10 on a tablet. Their also seems to be allot less emphasis on touch in 10 as their is in 8.1. So I'm okay with Microsoft not fully upgrading my Surface RT to 10, but adding features like Sparton in 8.1. G+_Phil Chung
It would depend on what they're rolling out to RT users. Maybe it won't be able to run the new universal apps. In which case, RT will be a bit of a dead-end.
G+_David Pick
Phil Chung I knew when purchasing my Surface Rt in 2013, it would never be on the cutting edge of computing. If Microsoft will continue security updates only for Windows RT, I'm okay with that.
