Any know it alls know if I can turn an old 10" android tablet into a Wacom style tablet for Inkscape?

You mean connect it to your computer? There are wifi mouse emulation apps (you'll have to look them up, the one I use has been discontinued). They'd probably be called "remote" something. Youll also need a stylus, and it won't really be the best tablet. You won't get pressure sensitivity or anything. You'd be better off using a nice drawing app on the tablet (Autocad makes a nice one), or buying a Wacom bamboo. I believe they're like $80.
